Here is a quick video guide how to create a post with your latest work and insert images from Flickr.

ps. This system of inserting images also work for your own pages, ie personal portfolios. To access your page go to Manage->Pages->Your Name

note: To view the video full resolution (helps see what I am doing) make sure HD is ON and fun it full screen (bottom right button)

Go to flickr.com 
sign in with: 

name: DS04 
pass: ************ 

upload your pictures 
tag your pictures (with your name first) 
Put your pictures in your own SET (eg the SET with your name on it) 
if you do not have a SET with your name, create it..
